vegane Schokomuffins

 

Selbstgebackene Muffins mit Quark-Obst-Topping.
1000 Dank an @foodoholic_magazin für das leckere Rezept.
Ich habe es gleich nachgebacken und muss es nun unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
Kein Zucker, keine Eier und kein Mehl.

 

Sondern folgendes:
160g Datteln
40g roher Kakao
60ml Wasser
1 reife Banane
4 El geschrotete  Leinsamen
50ml Hafer oder Sojamilch
2 TL Natron
1 Prise Salz
                                                                                                                     - alles gut mixen
Anschließend noch 200g gemahlene Mandeln dazu und alles zu einem homogenen Teig verrühren.
In Muffinblech füllen und bei 180 Grad für 20 Min backen.
Eine leckere und gesunde Nascherei!
